Can Paypal see your bank login when adding bank account?
 

Hi guys,

I've been using BoA for stealth. My question concerns adding a BoA account to paypal & whether or not paypal can see your BoA login when instantly verifying the bank account on paypal.

So, if I have two stealth pp accounts, two different stealth names, two different BoA acct #'s but one BoA login for those 2 accounts, will paypal be able to link the two accounts by the BoA login?

Sorry if that's newb question. I couldn't find a thread on that particular issue. Anyway, thanks very much!

What I have done in the past is change my user ID and password to my BOA account and make it so when I log in all I see is that 1 account at that time. This may not make a difference or not but I feel like all new information means all new information. I also fell like instant verify makes the PayPal stronger in my experience.

Thanks, Pesmo! I'll give that a try. I've just seen where a lot of fellows use BoA & wondered if they used the same log in or had problems when verifying bank accounts.

no they cannot see when you login to your bank acc the 2 are not related.

At work so I cant watch the youtube vid but just seems like if you instant verify 10 different Paypal accounts with user ID: Spunkm0nk and PW: L0ve2Hump it might link the accounts or at least have them look closer. But ya I am not a pro at instant verify I am just sharing my practices that work for me. And if you need help mothman21 on how to do any of that stuff let me know I can try to point out were to do it on the BOA website.

Thanks, Pesmo! I definitely agree that it seems to be good practice not to use the same username & pw for pp instant verify on multiple accounts. I appreciate the responses.

In my opinion, they do not see multiple bank logins across multiple accounts.

If your super worried, perhaps Instant Verify is not a good idea.... 2-3 days is not that bad.

Paypal won't be able to link the two accounts by the BoA login

they don't see the login info but better safe then sorry is the way to go.
