VBA username & password

I'm a newbie so I apologize if I'm asking a silly question.

A seller today helped me verified a stealth pp account with VBA, but he didn't give me the VBA account's username & password. Am I supposed asking for it? Somehow I don't feel safe not owning the account... Can the seller do bad things later because he is the actual owner of the account?

VBA is just used to verify the PayPal.

After that it is no use.

It cannot be withdrawn to.
