Releasing Funds After Delivery (A Little Rant)
 

So 3 days after delivery and Paypal reps are still not able to release my funds out of the pending balance. They tried and said, "the system is not letting me." I had to call in to try to get it done manually. Is this a fluke or a change in policies? I didn't have an issue with this last week; it's been exactly 3 days. Tomorrow will be the 4th day.

Tried 3-4 different reps and they all said the same thing. All of them attempted to get it released but they can't for some reason. They said to call back tomorrow to try again. Although, I'm not sure if I trust this.. I've never had a problem releasing on the 3rd day after signed delivery. What the hell?

I have a feel the holiday season is gonna be rough. As always.. -_-

Could be a temp glitch. Took guts for you to call PP...could have led to limitation - just saying, be careful

Got the money out of the account the next day, then it got limited 5 hours later. No reversal, but they are asking for SSN unfortunately..

Not exactly sure what triggers the SSN request, but I can usually take care of Photo ID no problem now. How does calling-in lead to a limitation? If you call in to confirm your activity, shouldn't that do the opposite?

Kind of ridiculous.
