Can i use a Canada Paypal account in the usa
 

i want to make a canada paypal account to bypass the ssn 21 day limit.

if i am in the usa, is this possible

or do i need to use a vpn out of canada?

i have a canadian bank account and credit card but i currently have a usa account on a usa bank account and usa credit card but there is a limit

You should have Canada IP when you create the PP account. Once it's set up, I would keep operating it with Canada IP. IP is a HUGE trip flag for PP.

Which Canadian bank you with?

Look for VPS, not public VPN.
