Withdrawing money from PayPal to Payoneer

Guys help me out with this please ...

Can I withdraw money from a UK Paypal account to Payoneer's checking account (Bank of America) ? Or do i have to get a US Paypal to do that ?

There are a lot of threads about this, one says it's possible and the other says Paypal doesn't accept withdrawals to Payoneer's provided bank account (BoA) anymore, so what's the truth?

Payoneer is having issues on PP UK at the moment.

Should be using a UK bank account really, much much better solution.

i have not seen option to add non UK account in paypal UK

Yes, its a much better soluiton, but all UK bank accounts that I could get are already linked to Paypal.

Ok, I see then if "Payoneer is having issues on PP UK at the moment" its better to create a US Paypal.

You must have a lot of PayPals in that case...

Can get well over 30 UK bank accounts if spread correctly.
