Adding Debit Card To New PayPal Account

When adding a new Debit card does it matter if the address on the PayPal account match the billing address on the debit card? Or am I fine just as long as the card number and CVV number match?

Because I can't use my real address anymore with PayPal and I don't want to link any info. (I got a new debit by the way) I created the account with my first name but ⊗⊗⊗⊗ last name.

Yes it absolutely matters.


You never do that for two reasons. Your real name is on the card.

YES it fails the AVS.

Ok so what do I do, I need to add either a Debit/Credit card to my PayPal account. I already have a bank account I just need a card now so I can raise my limits.
