Can i pay for facebook ads using US paypal
 

I just create a facebook ads account with my steath paypal which is just verified by VCC and VBA.

When i tried to load payment from CC, it ask for SSN or TAX ID.
so i refused it and loaded paypal by sending money to sleath paypal.

Now, i wonder if i can pay for my ads spends.

Do you have any idea is it possible to pay OR BUY ANYTHING from sleath paypal balance?

If we can buy anything i'm sure i can also pay to facebook with balance.

This was a bad idea.

You should add a funded VCC to your stealth PP to fund things.
