Walmart keeps cancelling my orders with Paypal
 

Hi everyone,


I am having a problem, I made a stealth paypal account added a VCC, and placed 3 orders with walmart worth $250, they canceled one of the orders and the other is still processing which is odd. I tried to purchase an item today using paypal and got this message "This payment cannot be completed andstealth your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information"

I am not sure why im getting this message, as i am still waiting to confirm my bank which will be confirmed tomorrow, could this be because the account is new and i need to wait a few days?

I have $300 in my stealth paypal account and don't want to loose it.

Few posts about this happening in the last 12 months. Walmart seem to be wise to what is going on. This is why it is always recommended to use a bank accoun to cash out PayPal accounts.

People need to stop using Walmart to cash out, Add a real Bank so you can withdraw funds.

Youre describing 2 separate issues.
The first is the one with Walmart and its been going on for longer than 12 months.
Guess they had a lot of scams involving Walmart so the decided to adopt the 'shoot first ask questions later' approach to any order involving paypal.
There are other sites who do this as well such as Toys R Us.
The second issue is the "Payment cannot be completed" which is a glitch within paypal itself and there are several threads that discuss that specific problem. Usually trying to place the same order a day or two later works.
