Is VBA means verified bank account?

Meaning I don't need to make a bank account to link to my paypal because the VBA will be my bank account?I'm thinking of making 5 ebay/paypal accounts but I don't want to make 4 new bank accounts. Any suggestion who is the best seller here of VBA?Thanks.

You CAN'T withdraw your PayPal funds into a VBA....A VBA is only good for Verifying your Paypal. If you want to take your PayPal Money out you need a REAL Bank Account.

And you WILL need to have a separate bank account for each paypal account you buy.
Do NOT think of taking the shortcut of sending payments from 4 paypal accounts to a single one in order to withdraw the funds. That is a BAD idea and WILL result in linking all of your accounts and most likely get them all limited. There are several threads that discuss that topic.
