Need Paypal Help
 

I was recently suspended from Paypal. But I have a powerseller, toprated ebay account that seems to be fine. Paypal can't be appealed.

I have now started taking credit cards and propay This account is based in The Netherlands. But sales are so slow compared to when I was taking paypal

I have a verified Paypal account based in the U.S. if I start slow with say only one listing using the U.S ebay will it be an issue, if I only log into it with a VM? I know I will have to go for the 21 hold thing all over again.

Do i have to start completely over and with my ebay?

I have the fortune of being from US but based in Europe, so I have the option of setting up local accounts. What do you recommend.


So big questions are: can I used a paypal U.S. account with a europe based ebay account?

I will not link them.

My former paypal was linked but I unlinked it immediately following my suspension.

Even if you unlinked the EB and the PP a link will still exist between then.

If you want to be able to use PP again then you need a new eBay.

You cannot link in a new PP to an EB that is already assosiated with a limited PP.
