Claim closed in favor of buyer??? Item not delivered!
 

Hi everyone,

Well, I got a limited paypal account. I had $113 on hold because of a shipping - and I shipped that item and it was received. I had another pair of sneakers shipped out to Italy on first class mail. When my ebay account got suspended the buyer got scared and started a claim. I put in the CV # with paypal - they said they can track it. However, when I asks USPS they said no, they can't track it by the CV# (the one they put for customs). So, anyway, I get an e-mail today saying the case was closed in favor of buyer!!!! What?! That's messed up. I know it was my fault for putting it on first class - but to lie and say we'll track your shoes by the CV#?? My paypal is now a negative balance. :S

This stinks. Any advice?

Well you can't do anything I believe unless the Buyer said he received. PayPal always decide in the buyers favor, from what I faced in the last 2 years! LOL that happended to me several times when I was around 17.

Anyways its my turn to be devious and I will be getting $390 as the seller didnt add tracking information.
