it's just me or I nobody can log into his PayPal account?

Hello everyone,

I've been trying on 4 of my stealth account to sign into my PP account, it just won't work.

It's say "Sorry, we encountered difficulties in completing your application. Try again."

I hope it's not only me.. anyone can confirm that? thanks!

Its was on Paypal news officialy LIVE - emmergency maintanence
Had same problem for few minutes
Now all is fine
