New PayPal accounts limited
 

Hello,

I have a question.. I am trying to sell items via PayPal, well everytime I sell something... my acounts get limited, I am using different IP(virtual), VCC... deleting cookies... basically everything what I have learned on this forum. So the question is, what am I supposed to do? If I want to sell something amount without getting limited.. I do not even withdraw money or send them on different account. Reason why this problem was created that my true paypal was limited because of scammers that I have dealed with and I got negative balance, I have solved this negative balance but still limited and PayPal does not want to unlimit this account. So do you have any good recommendations. Please help me because I want to still do bussiness but I cannot because of this.

What country is the account?


Explain 'virtual' IP better, please.

What do you do about making the computer 'OK' to use?

Need more info if you could, please.

Welcome to the forums - read the stealth guide then post your steps exactly. Deleting cookies is not enough...write a list and we can check as a forum

by using virtual ip i mean VPN server such as hotspot shield...

Which VCC do you use?? VPN specially hotspot is not good at all

You used hotspot shield, the worst free public VPN ever. That's why you were limited.

I got burned using Ghost VPN as well. It was even a premium, not free, account. It seems they have well known VPN IPs. Companies like PayPal do not like people using VPNs. Personally, I would stay away from using VPNs at all while accessing PayPal. Go to Starbucks or the local library.

Are your shoes, clothes high risk/name brands? Also, were you taking in a lot of money?

i just sell nikes... etc classic releases.. what would happen by using hotspot wifi from mobile or ipad?... I use entropay as VCC... is there any better carrier for vcc?

Someone just said not to use hotspot, yet you still use hotspot.. why waste time talking to you for, if you do not listen?

so what should I do? Totally change my IP address? delete all cookies, also flash cookies and create new user in windows? Should it be enough? Also changing address and name, something else? which vcc is best to use besides entropay?

Purchase VPN 123 have a service in his sig, change ip every time you switch user account, and never use old info from banned account. Vanilla gc works good also

Hotspotshield?? There's one epic fail. You need a quality paid VPN or VPS. Trying to scrimp has cost you big time

what about any others VCC? that are for sale in Europe online.. because vanilla card is at american shops... if there was any recommendation, i dont see entropay as very good provider, because after receiving payment i have to give them proof of address...

Why is this? Are you using entropay to withdraw to?

It shouldn't be a problem since you should sign up to entropay with your REAL information.

so guys,which vcc is the best?vanilla or entropay for US?and when registering with entropay should I give everything correct,even my name?wont paypal be able to get the info?
