Paypal account hit EU limits
 

So a PP account has hit eu limits, its now limited with a balance in the account I would like to withdraw. However pp say I need to send in verification documents. Now say I dont want to send it in, is there any way of getting my money out? because the account has already been linked to another account which got suspended indefinitely. So I know they wont release limitation (as they say will) if I hand over documents.

P.S. genuine account, genuine name, genuine items sold etc.

Which is another reason I dont want to give sensitive documents to a company who isnt really hack-proof.

No you need to submit the documents to get the money or tell them you don't want to send it in and wait 180 days... I know what I would prefer to do...

Told them I dont want to submit docs, 180 days has already passed, but they still want docs, is that right?

Yes they can still request documents after 180 days and hold money until provided. Doesn't happen a lot mind you.
