some banks like green dot bank. i can apply them online.i dont have a car lisence id.

What so hard about a user asking for a bank like green dot bank?

His flag is CHINA and the thread title says bank for paypal verification.

So sounds like he wants an easy USA based bank account to open because he's likely got no ID.

i have a us paypal more than one year. someone sells this bank account on network and tell me this bank can verfy paypay and withdraw, so i bought one, but this bank was removed by paypal.

:D yes, now more prepaid card ( include bank) removed by paypal . you can buy bank of sellers for verify your pp but it will can't withdraw .
( prepaid : greendot, walmat , kaiku, myready ,ready .... )
