Payment received - Under Review?

I requested an invoice from my buyer and he paid me but it says on my paypal that the payment received is under review? Is there a limitation coming or this is just temporary hold until I ship the item?

Review usually takes 24 hours.

Hold off shipping the item until the review has passed.

yes most of the time this happens because its out of the buyers spending patterns.

Paypal has over 2000 things that will instantly cause a payment review. Top three are, Out of spending habits, First time sending payment over $50.00, First time sending payment over $250.00 and from that point all the way down to similar IP making multiple purchases from a single buyer(yea, they actually DO catch scammers this way)
