Payment on hold (21 days )
 

Hello,
I had been creating stealth PayPal , accepting payments into it since a year now.
Funds were available as soon as the buyer use to pay me.
But now since 3 days , every PayPal I'm creating , and as soon as the buyer pays , there is a 21 day hold . If I mark it as shipped /processed , hold is for 7 days.
There is no problem for me if the money is at hold , but the thing is , I want to know , is this just for me or is anyone else experiencing the same ?

That's standard paypal procedure now adays.
No way around it other than showing a long successful history of operations.

Sell and ship quickly. Payment is released 3 days after item delivered. Some say holds stop after 250 feedback score or 3 months.

If you fall below their seller standard, your funds will be held for up to 21 days or until the item is delivered.

Yes , its a non-eBay sale !
Maybe I will try changing IPS and stuff like that to make sure about it.

Probably performance related, most PP payments off Ebay come with no holds

Be careful of doing too much changes and then PP limits you...
