My paypal was limited

Ok so got that message asking me to confirm myself via passport etc etc

Now i'm not slightly bothered behind it i just want to know why so i can learn from it

I think its because i was transferring funds to another pp account and should of used a card instead?

Transferring money paypal to another paypal is not good...that's an easy like for them....unless they are already linked....
