Send that amount of money a more secure way, it's just not worth the risk, unless your account is 5 years old and have been making large transactions like this for years and the account your sending the funds to is also aged verified, has a tax ID and years of selling history than I wouldn't risk it
The big problem is that you can cause both accounts to get limited and than with that kind of money you will need to produce a lot of documentation and than have it locked up for 6 months and it's not a guarantee that they will give it back
$10,000 transactions raises flags in the real world in Paypal's world it could make a disaster
