Will suspended/limited paypal affect my bank account??
 

Question #1, I have a paypal account been limited,balance been frozen, and the bank account/card can't be removed, so will it affect my bank account for example transfer money/receiving money from others(not via paypal, I'm saying bank to bank transfer).
Question #2, the paypal has been limited, yet still got the email asking me to update my w-9 taxpayer information(problem is I don't have a SSN since I'm a foreign student), what should I do now?

Yes...you can still use your bank account for all things unrelated to paypal :-).

No it will not effect your bank account in anyway
