PayPal wanting proof of postage question
 
I lost 1 account because I had no receipts of postage so I decided too look into it and found the best 2 ways of posting but need a couple of answers first.

This first way just gives you a bar-code, will this be enough proof if PayPal ask ?

This second way gives you the name and address of the recipient so is the best but more expensive.
I would say this is what you need really but just need too know more about the first as its cheaper.

Are they requesting this after they impose a limitation on the account?

The first image you have uploaded is what i have used to give paypal in the past and it was always accepted :-)

Yes it was limited and they wanted 9 different proofs that I cant give them.

Oh well I know what I will be doing from now on.
