Gift card outside of the US
 

Hi
I’m a European citizen, living in Thailand, have bank accounts in the US and would like to ask a question regarding PayPal account and the way to get verified.
As I read, most of the Gift cards can be bought in the US. I do have a US address which I can use to ship it to but my PayPal account will be under Thai name and address. So when purchasing Vanila card at one of the retailers, can I give them a Thai zip code and name? I would like also to mention that I will use Thai bank account for PayPal.
The other way around is that I have added a middle name to my name and asked my bank in the US to open a new account for me with a different billing address and issuing a new debit card, will that work? Can it also be used to open eBay account?

Please change your flag to your actual location.

Your not going to be able to run a stealth PayPal from Thailand without first working out what you will do about your IP address.

You can use Entropay for your VCC

Entropay works well - as for your flag, best to be truthful about it.

What is your source of US IP?

I have PayPal account which works perfectly under the Thai Flag (PayPal uses HK for that matter) and as for the IP i have few routers from different ISP's so that should be fine too.
However, when i do purchase VCC from Entropay or anywhere else, what kind of information i should give them? my personal info or the name i will use for eBay?

Entropay is always made with your real ID.

Don't forget to change your flag too.
