hi, how do paypal link accounts ? is it just by address or do they use mac or ip addresses ?

By any means they can.

IP address, bank accounts, phone numbers, addresses, names ect ect.

I knew ebay linked with ip address I didn't think paypal ever really looked at it

Neither can see MAC address though.

have your accounts organized and make sure you don't repeat IP addresses :P
