Paypal Limited & Negative Balance

Was operating a stealth powerseller, was nearing the 200/$20,000 benchmark so my account got limited.

Anyways, I currently owe $16 in eBay fees, and I have $78 negative paypal balance ($50 is items I bought) and $28 is a hold because an eBayer opened up a case against me.

The account is ⊗⊗⊗⊗, variation of my name, old phone number, ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address, my social security is not linked. My real bank of america is linked.

I even tried to pay off the negative balance several times using "Add Funds from Bank" but paypal is limited so it's not working.

Should I call it quits and let them eat cake? Its $90 after all. I can always make new stealths to sell (this one is limited anyways).

Is there any damage that this can do to my credit/etc?

Also I will be filing taxes on the items I sold on this account, will this negative balance affect me in any way?

Thanks

No the negative balance won't affect your taxes per say with the goverment, BUT I can't forsee any memeber unless they're newbies that will suggest NOT paying the fees back.

No there will be any adverse effect - other than losing an established account with a solid selling history (which is a real shame).

Did you get limited because you did not supply tax info?

What exactly happened?

There may be a way to resolve everything.

Re: Paypal Limited & Negative Balance

Okay, I paid the eBay balance of about $16 with a prepaid OneVanilla card.

Now, my eBay is still limited (They want SSN/tax info) and my eBay is currently banned (30 day ban).

Now after the 30 ban is over and new years comes around, will the Tax Info requirement be reset? Or Will I have to get an EIN, and what's the best way to get an EIN to pay the least fees. I'm a college student.

Account remains limited...likely have to call in for reinstatement.

Now what's this new news about "30 day ban"....? Hmm
