Paypal or Bidpay
 

Well, I set up a paypal account in my fathers name and they wanted suppliers, so I sent a picture. Not good enough, they want invoices. Are receipts from store purchases the same as invoices? Also, now they want a copy of his drivers license and a utility bill. Well, his new wife doesn't want him to get involved so I won't even ask.
My main question is since I need paypal or a merchants account to sell, is bidpay considered a mercant account?

Bidpay is an allowed merchant if you go on your ebay account and look up what payment you are allowed to except and what merchants your are allowed to use they are listed.. But I used Bidpay and I feel they are worse than paypal...
