Default Allowing paypal/ebay to take funds from bank account to pay for fees(stealth account)

If you allow paypal to take funds from your attached bank account to pay for ebay fees, do they get your real name or other info which may cause issues?

I don't want to leave funds in the account due to the constant risk of limitation, so presumably the only other way is to load my attached VCC with the correct funds to cover the cost of fees? Do paypal automatically try to charge the card first, rather than withdraw funds from the bank account?

Thanks.

Answers found, I should have searched the forum better. Mods please feel free to lock the thread.

I think this explains my recent limitation. I am new to stealth though, so you live and learn.

Good stuff trunk - well done on the search and...yes real name can be seen - will it cause issues? Can be if repeatedly done + manual review is conducted

Constantly leaving your paypal dry even though funds are coming in will get you limited anyways..
