help!!paypal need me to prove my identify

hey. i just got the email from my paypal and they need me to send them id/bill/and ssn. but few days ago, i sent a payment to someone by my bank account and it's echeck, the status is uncleared . i wonder if the transc go through or not or paypal will hold it?

If the payment was already initiated its probably going to be processed although paypal might hold it in the other person's account.
They can then reverse it back into your account and then hold it there for 180 days.
A pretty nasty trick of theirs.
