Withdrawl funds onto gift card at Dollar General
 

At Dollar general, you can checkout using paypal. For an instant withdrawal, I was thinking of purchasing a gift card at a dollar general store and using paypal for the transaction. Would this work and would this be risky since I am using a stealth account?

Way too risky, too many have already tried similar stuff and it's frankly the lazy way and more risky way to get funds out.....but to each their own, If you try it, wish you luck.

Every transaction is a risk , but it depends on how aged the account is, and how much of a buying and/or selling history you have

I have some accounts that I wouldn't think twice when making a transaction at foot locker or Home Depot, but accounts that are a few months old I just wouldn't risk getting home and finding out I need to,supply photo ID proof of address and whatever

You can checkout online at a lot of stores using PayPal. What's new? I've done it a bunch of times.

Its Not Going to Work.. at Dollar General they ONLY accept CASH Payments for Gift Cards

Most stores will only accept cash as payment for gift cards. Because taking a credit card for them is VERY risky for the merchant. When gift cards came out, they were easy to buy with a credit card. But every credit card thief in the world soon figured out that it was a great way to cash out stolen credit card data - just print up a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ card and go buy a ton of gift cards. So now, it is cash only.

Even up here, it's cash only or DEBIT for gift card - not credit allowance
