in my experience, paypal can initiate these holds at anytime even if they are not at the moment, especially for digital delivery items. Marking the order as "processed" will usually release the funds in 7 days

I have though noticed if paypal receives a payment through ebay BEFORE receiving outside of ebay, the chances of having a hold are reduced. usually.

keyword here- USUALLY

predicting eb and pp is never 100%, so its best to keep your approach dynamic.

Yeah, people dont really realize how big these recent changes actually are. EVERY new account has these restrictions no matter what. No matter how you set it up, PayPal wants 60 days of selling history, over $150 in sales, and several transactions, before they release the 21 day holds on NON ebay payments. Its ridiculous

Yeah because maybe literacy escaped you. No, I will not give any tips out, because the more people do it, the more of chance they will catch on. I don't care if anyone "believes" me. I know it works. It has been for the last 2 months. In the meantime, you can sit behind your computer screen and insult people and enjoy your holds.
