Well, since you have asked.. I purchased a sellers account from the marketplace. It was quite expensive $250. When I went to use it I saw that I actually new the person the account was named after and had anxiety about using it. I had asked for a local account so it would kind of link up nice with my local IP here.
The address didn't match where this person actually lived on the ebay acct but did show correct address on the pp acct. I contacted the person that I bought the acct from to see if I can switch it for another high limit acct but the person said she was not making high limit accts anymore.
So, I gambled and used the acct and it actually worked until the returns started ending up at this persons house, even though I scribbled out the return address that eBay postage printed out and put my return address over that. Some of the people just went by what was on the ebay acct for a return address and shipped it there. Last month pp sent me a application for a tax id to go with that account.
That's when I withdrew some funds from the pp acct to my bank acct. Seems I took to much out and I now need to put about $6.00 back into the pp acct or the guy is going to be notified about the over draft on the pp acct. Now, I want to put about $100 in that pp account so it can close on good standing. Whew! Okay, how can I put funds in that pp acct without using my bank that is linked to that account?
