I get messages from buyers that my PP is blocked.
 

I keep getting messages from a few buyers everyday saying that they cant buy my items, they say that sales is blocked or keep getting blocked. My Paypal account is not limited or anything. I tell them maybe its a glitch and to try again later on or tomorrow if possible.

The PP account is at 60% complete, it has a VCC on file, just no VBA or real bank account. The email is confirmed, security questions answered.

I can accept payments from other buyers but not from some buyers. I dont want to call paypal to see what is up since the PP account is in a woman name.

I am losing some sales from this, does anyone know what else I need to do or is the problem with the buyer's paypal.

I have 5 items listed on this account. Items are hard drives ranging from 500gb to 750gb.
It seems to happen on any of the items.

I have never experienced that. I was wondering if they paypal email address was entered incorrectly, but that would block all sales or get pending payments to the incorrect email.

So they have already purchased but can not pay?

The buyers say that the PP sales is getting blocked. I have items listed so the buyers needed to pay right away.

The thing that I dont understand is that other buyers can buy from me from that paypal. I am getting orders every 20 minutes.

Immediate payment required may be blocking guest users?

There's gotta be a pattern, any of the blocked buyers from a specific country? You selling internationally?

The items for sale are on the Global shipping program, I dont think that would matter.

This account is only 4 months old, I dont have anyone on the blocked list.

I will have see if the buyers are guest buyers.

You sure the buyer requirements isnt what they are talking about?

Have you blocked certain people from buying? for example : To many unpaid item cases, policy breaches etc..

I have this issue on .99 auctions. New buyer will bid on all 100 auctions. I make it so that they can not bid on more than 10 if they are winning three or whatever that rule is. Buyers will contact me asking why they can not bid.

Also if a guest user tries to buy and you require a paypal account user only, that could be the issue too.

The buyer requirements are just stock. I will have to ask the buyers if they have unpaid cases or certain breaches.

The buyers are not guests, 1 has 31feedback, other has 356 fb. 141 fb

Just ask them to copy and paste the exact message they are getting and you will know what the problem is.

Perhaps his paypal isnt linked to ebay account correctly or at all and therefore your account isnt accepting his purchase.

Because a bid should go through regardless.. so its your settings blocking the buyer.

It's funny, I just got a buyer saying one order says "unable to accept funds", weird coincidence? I don't see anything on PayPal regarding this, no email, was able to make a withdrawal too, so I don't know.

I upgrade the account into a Business account and 1 buyer that couldnt buy from me bought something but another got the same message.

I just ask them to try again tomorrow.

My buyer tried for a 3rd time and it went through, maybe PayPal was having technical issues today

These PP issues have been going on over 3 weeks now. It might be the amount of funds going into that paypal account. I just think this is a record weekend for me.
