Paypal & Ebay, aging process

After skimming through some of the posts on here, I have seen a lot mentioning about creating multiple accounts as a backup and let them age as well. My question is, when you guys create your PP and Ebay account, especially PP, do you immediately verify your infos and add your bank acc in there as well and let them age? Or just register for an account and leave them there?

I always add my bank account to my PP as soon as but I don't let my EB accounts age, I start selling day 1.
