Does the 180 days time to open a case is already exist?

Hello everyone,

Does PayPal 180 days time to claim is already available or not?

And if I sell something on Ebay, the seller has 180 days to open a case or just 45 days as Ebay rules?

Is your PP account limited?

For sellers on Eb, generally the policy is 45 days...for buyers...much longer :(
