Closing VCC
 
If a close a VCC used by a PP account, does anything happen? Will I lose my Confirmed Address marker?

What do you mean close?
if you leave the VCC on the account with $0 on it they wont know about it unless you attempt to use it. The account will still have a verified address.

I'm using Entropay and there's a limit on the num cards i can have

Well if you close it paypal wouldn't know. Unless you attempt to actually use it on that account. Don't do that and youll be fine.

He wants to close it so he can open a new one for new accounts, little risky if you ever need to use VCC for ebay fees or make a mistake and tries to withdraw from VCC

I had one bumped off the other day...Somehow paypal tried to charge it for $2.09 shipping instead of the balance in the account.

I received an email payment failed and It still shows on my account and it is still at 80%

Just add the new one and let the old one expire gracefully
