Paypal account received balance 21 day 30 minutes later funds available?
 

So I started using my paypal account which is about 2 years old and had no sales suddenly I got a large payment it went into 21 days hold and 30 minutes later I get an email saying funds are available to use and I check my balance and funds are available to use. These are for non ebay payments. Has this happened to anybody else? Probably a glitch? I still have the 21 day hold notification in the account, but the funds are available to use.

Most likely a payment review. They can take as little as 16 seconds.... and up to day.

If it's a payment review then why did I get the 21 day hold from now on email since I got the payment? Maybe a paypal error?
