eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Fees for sending as friends

Ok i was trying to send it for someone as friend , Before it lets me select whether to pay fees or not

But weird enough , Got new account in that i don't see an option where i can select let the buyer pay fees for friends

Also theme looks different to my older one , Any one knows whats up

Paying for goods/services attaches a fee and you then have the recipient wait 21 days until funds are released, sending to family and friends have NO fee.

What i asked was It doesn't let receiver pay the fees for friends , I have to pay it :doh:

Sometime in second to third quarter of this year - definitely was earlier this year
