I just made an order recently and right after I finished, my stealth account was limited

Here are the issues

2. Confirm identity

How old is the account? Do you have funds in it? is it worth the trouble of trying to save instead of starting fresh?
Do you have access to the phone number you used to create the account? that might be helpful when trying the 'confirm identity' step.
What credit card did you use when you created the account? do you have access to it?

Sounds like it would be easier and faster to open another account.

If they want drivers license for Id then it's cheaper just to do another stealth account
Unless you know to do photoshop on them yourself

If a vcc is on it now why would it say confirm credit card. Did it not confirm when the Vcc was first put on

yes best to create new account as paypal strict on documents and they hardly get you back on, my experience.
