Unable to pay a Paypal invoice.
 

My PAypal account is only a few weeks old. I have already paid 3-4 Paypal invoices. I went to pay a few today and it said it was unable to complete the payment. I know it's not my credit card or bank account. I was able to pay without logging in and using the same credit card.

Should I call Paypal or is it something that will pass on it's own in 48 hours or so?

I used the same phone number as another PP account so I suspect I may have been linked? or would they have sent me an email suspending my PP account.

It may be whom ever your trying to pay has an issue on their PayPal account. May be worth talking to them first.

hard to say. I have never had a hard time paying or sending money at anytime.

Only thing that might pass is the account...

That activity may have flagged you already.

Sometimes if it's an international invoice some forms of payments aren't accepted. I remember getting some sort of error like this once, but can't say if it was the same you're getting.
