PP has limited my account Need Urgent help please
 

Im currently located in the south east asia, iv been here for four weeks, with four more weeks to go.

I had to login to my PP account to issues a refund

Now my PP account is limited, when I click on the link to lift the limitation I cant see any steps to lift the limitation, I still have the Documents from when I opened the account with, and those are with me now. However the utility bill is from 2012, what would be the cost to change the date? Is there anyone here that can help me. I will contact ebay in two hours from now, because their chat is not open right now. I have no way to call PP. Ebay now says I owe money because payment can not be taken. Need advise asap

Were you limited as soon as you logged in...or was it after you issued refund?
Are they asking for documents or does it say this cannot be appealed against or words to that effect.
A lot of accounts have been affected lately so perhaps you could explain more whereby the more senior members can better explain this.
