Paypal question

I have searched the other post and read the ebay stealth guide. I have one question tho that I have yet to find the answer. Actually two questions. I have created a ebay account abiding to all the rules in the book. I have yet to sell. I got a email from paypal saying that I need to update my my inforrmation and that its out of date. (the account is only 2 weeks old.) Is this a legit email. Also, is it safe to log into your paypal account from an IP address that was limited befor through paypal. I will not log into the ebay account I just want to know if logging into my paypal account will get me limited. Thanks

Get a NEW IP ADDRESS....... ALWAYS & EVERYTIME for every account.
Basic answer that is in this forum MANY times and in the book under basics.

OK I wasnt sure for paypal account. Its hard for me to get a different IP address because I am at work and hooked to a server. I know how to go about it all, its almost impossible tho. Thanks for the help I guess I will just be taking my laptop and sit infront of a WIFI spot. haha
