Legit Paypal Question
 

I am selling a product no on ebay but elsewhere and using paypal to accept payment. The buyer emailed me and told me to send him a invoice from paypal for the goods. He then said that I would see the money in my account but it would not be accessible until shipping confirmation. Is this true? I dont want to get scammed and have him say he never recieved it or not as described.

Also, if he sends me the money without me sending a invoice, will it still be held. All answers would be greatly appreciated

The 21 Day Hold is ONLY valid for eBay sales.

so what would happen to the money in my account after i send him the invoice and he pays. Would i then be able to instantly transfer it to my bank account . THanks

Sorry I spoke to paypal they said to insure I'm covered incase of fraud you have to send me an invoice the money will remain visible in your account but it will not be able to be spent untill I recieve the phones. You have to see it from my point of view I don't want to get screwed THATS THE EMAIL FROM THE BUYER

As long as you do NOT send him a Paypal invoice with the "eBay item" button selected you will have access to the money.
