New type of holds?

Well, I opened my big mouth about getting around the 21 day holds and now I'm getting something new. When I convert a personal account to business and someone pays an invoice, I'm getting the 21 day holds. No option to confirm identity with a phone number. Its just a straight 21 day hold. On Monday I got a hold but with an option to confirm identity with a phone call.

Yeah the 21 day hold is nothing new. To be honest, it makes it easier to build solid/stable accounts, assuming you don't need the capital withdrawn.

yep got to play their 21 day game nothing new. That's how you build trust with them ship fast answer all questions asap wont take no time to get past it :)

I know this has been an ongoing issue, but there is not any option to "get your money faster" by confirming identity through a phone call or steps to complete. Its just tracking info.

Right, same as it always has been. Nothing new. Even old accounts get it now for a short time.

I've never seen holds where there were no steps to complete to remove the holds.

Nothing new.
And not much of an issue if you ask me.
Operate the account well and properly and those limits go away in no time.
The only people I would see having an issue with the 21 day hold are the ones trying to make a quick buck by pulling a fast one on ebay/paypal. That's just how I see it...

More and more seems to be popping up the limitation garbage though to confirm delivery, in addition to the hold they already have... seems overkill.
