Paypal Case Is this A problem?
 

OKay before I even get into this I know there is going to be someone who says im a fraud and shady, based on my past post I was simply trying to learn and gain knowledge. I am not shady or a scam. Every thread I have made someone and usually it is the same 2 people say that I am a scam. So If they reply again saying so im not even going to respond.






My issue, I bought a nice gold chain for 2k the seller had about 1200 positive feedback, but was at about 97%. There were about 20-25 negative feedbacks about him selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ gold/diamonds. I didnt even see that until after I paid for the item.


So my chain finally came it was $xxxx.00, so it wasnt cheap. I took it to a jewelry store not just 1 but a few, including my brothers wifes, cousin store.

Everyone said it was ⊗⊗⊗⊗, so I opened a case with paypal, paypal took a few days but eventually gave me the go ahead to ship back the gold chain, so I did.

Paypal from what I have read will give you the refund once they confirm successful delivery.

No problem right, well so I shipped the gold chain via USPS 2 day priority, and paid extra for signature confirmation.

So fast forward a few days and I check the tracking, the chain was supposed to arrive last monday, so I check last monday and it said, "out for delivery". Great, went to bed woke up the next day checked it again, It still said "out for delivery" It also said "delivery status not updated".

So now what? Whats the next step? Wait it out maybe it will update? Call USPS? Contact paypal explain my situation?

Everything is currently closed so I couldnt do any of that the last couple of days.

Thanks for any advice or knowledge. I will not be using USPS no more.

Place was closed when delivery attempted OR if a PO box, the receive has yet to go there and sign for it.

Give it time.

Wait a little longer. You have tracking and have paid for signature confirmation,so dont panic :-)

Yep wait a day or two with the holidays and all if not showing delivered call delivering post office direct with tracking and they can run a trace on it .. Did you insure it ?

It is A LOT more than two people. More than a dozen long time members on one thread. Other threads have been deleted.

This thread is better. I do wonder why you have so many issues though. :confused:

Okay the majority of you said to just wait so thats what I am going to do, it seems pointless to pay for faster shipping if its not going to be shipped on time anyways.

Another thing im not sure if I mentioned it but it was supposed to be delivered on monday, so the holidays could of still held it up?

They were not available to sign for the package...

Ok so are you sure that the package wasnt delivered and somehow it just wasnt scanned?

You said it had signature confirmation?

Contact the Post Office if it is not delivered on Monday(next business day for many small businesses/internet businesses)

Contaced them the guy didnt know what he was talking about and told me to call back later.

All I really want to know is if I will win my paypal case? This is ridiculous.
