We Cannot Verify your Device - Confirm Debit/Credit Card
 

Hey all

Having a problem withdrawing from one of my PayPal accounts.

'We cannot verify your machine' and then a drop down box asking to confirm credit/debit card.

I bought the account from a seller, but obviously don't have access to the VCC use to confirm it originally.

What are the options?

Seller is busy as its Christmas which is completely understandable, so nowhere I can move on that front at the mo and id like to at least make the first small withdrawal as its going to take three days anyway and I get nervous with anything to do with PP after recent experiences!

Is this a browser/cookie issue possibly?

Got the same problem, but mine has to the with the phone number. Had to call them up to sort it out.

Always keep cookies in place. I never delete cookies & have never had any problems. If you have more than one stealth, have different user accounts for each stealth :) it keeps the cookies seperated.

Is this a paypal UK account?

Going to be a nuisance if UK paypals have these troubles.

are you sure accessing paypal with the same ip address?

Not everyone is on a Static IP.

Its a dynamic IP, changes everytime i log in

It was a UK account - managed a small withdrawal, then got limited after the withdrawal hit my bank.
