Back at it...and a question.
 

Hello all, back at it again (having to make a new stealth). Had a question, as I haven't made a stealth in a while and something is worrying me.

It's been a while since I have had to make a new stealth...in doing so today, I went about creating a new paypal. It prompted me to add a CC, so I did. Once I was in the account, I went to the wallet and also the "credit card" circle at the top...all it says is credit card added. There is no option for me to have them charge the $1.95 to verify it.

So I went to the bottom of the page where it talks about "how much you can send"...click it, there's still no option for verifying the credit card. All it comes up with is add bank account and verify it OR apply for their paypal credit card, which I am not going to do obviously.

There used to be some boxes that said to get verified and lift all limits, you confirm credit card, bank account, SSN....only two of the three were needed. Now that option is nowhere to be found, and its telling me at the top "credit card added" and that's it. I checked the card and they most certainly did not charge me $1.95 as usual.

Is this something new...are they not verifying CC anymore to remove limits or what??

Credit card can be automatically accepted these days without the confirmation BUT - if you want - go to the settings page on PP...under the Payment options section you can see the credit card(s) you have on file and you can confirm that way

I hate the new layout of their website...with the old one the options were easier to navigate.

When I click wallet, of course I see the bank account and card listed. But if I click on it, theres no option to confirm it.

You had indicated in a pm that you saw a confirm button after you verified with the bank - right?

That is correct. Only AFTER I verified the bank account with the 2 deposits did I see the option to confirm the card ($1.95 charge). Now, this was NOT in the wallet...this was at the link toward the bottom of the page that says "see how much you can send". It then pops up with the limits, such as $500 withdrawal limit. Click lift and it takes you to the page to confirm card or enter SSN. Now this did NOT show up previously...it only said confirm bank account or apply for paypals credit card before. So I am not sure why it didnt let me confirm the card before bank, but if anyone comes across this issue....need to confirm bank first, then CC.
