We'll i appreciate the advice these guys have been all over my ass since i got here, honestly reminds me of high chiil they sit here all day and be little people but when ou say something back they get all post and defensive and threaten to kick ou off the forum.

Exactly.

Don't go around telling people your silly letter with numerous grammatical errors from this "lawyer" of your's is ever going to accomplish anything until you have proof. Even then, with EB, PP and AZ, nothing is guaranteed no matter how many baseless threats you make.

Think to yourself. Are you really the first genius who scampered to some random lawyer(s) thinking you're going to take down the big, bad PP all by yourself and challenge the TOS you legally agreed to?

PP, EB, AZ all know exactly what they are doing, regardless of how asinine the situation may be.

Okay so do you want him to sit on his ass and do nothing about it? Doesnt hurt to try you never know. Hopefully this works, I also file a BBB complaint I heard that it works also sometimes.

Paypal will normally allow you to withdraw the funds, because It isnt so much the money, but it is the headache of dealing with little ****s like myself that keep sending them **** and complaining. They rather just allow you to get your money and so you stop harassing them.

Scare PayPal? I really am not sure they are scared of anyone. They're a multi billion £/$ company.

Any reason for them to hold the funds they will.

Going slightly off topic, lets look at the new UK PayPal situation....lots of people that think they are going to get their funds in 180 days are going to be very disappointed.

Paypal could not care less how many hundreds of thousands of BBB complaints they get. Seriously, what in the world is the worthless BBB going to do?

Why do you keep coming here to this forum baiting people for info on how to be a lousy ebay seller and get away with it?

Most of us don't want to hear this garbage. It is exactly this crap that causes all of us to have a harder time on ebay and paypal.

Little people? People who want to rip other people off are pretty crappy if you ask me.

BBB has zero power over anything. The BBB is 20 years obsolete. The BBB is a failing business within itself.

Want to be A+ simply give them a few hundred dollars and reply to the emails they send you. Stupidity.

Since the OP has never ever bothered to let the MODS know he has any sort of account, he's in a really unique position.

Asking about a non existant stealth account takes stealth to a different level, imho. One of more annoying users for a long time.

More than likely when the OP gets that refund from that gold chain claimed to be worth $2000.

He'll have more money then to fund this or he'll have to wait for the dividend payments from the family.

All in all, I am thinking about the 12th of Never

and/or when Hell freezes over.

all of the threads are baiting to see how many items he can return with an empty box and if paypal will side with him. If a signature is required and refuses delivery if paypal will reside with him. If he somehow gets jewelry from his brothers girlfriends cousins jewelery store how to sell it fast for cash. etc...

Seems to want info on how much scamming he can do before getting in trouble with ebay and paypal.

Says he has a very successful RE business and knows all about insurance and construction scams but wants to make money while he sleeps and thinks ebay is the way.

Not the kind of member we need on this forum. This forum is about getting back on ebay and amazon etc.. and selling. Not ripping people off.

Just click his name and read through his posts. He only has 68. Shouldn't take a competent mind more than a few minutes to get the gist. No need for us to start a whole new conversation. He's embarrassed himself enough already.

Wow dont know what to say to that, making crazy accusations...

I wouldnt know where to start when it comes to scamming, I dont know how its done ebcause I never done it. It seems maybe you are the one scamming. You just came up with a crazy idea of returning an empty box, I would of never thought of that. Are you sure your not the one scamming and ripping people off?
