21 day confirm identity with phone hold released not showing?
 

On some accounts the 21-day confirm identity for holds to release payments - this option is not showing up. Is this just a lucky feature for some accounts depending on their history?

Nevermind this question, I found the answer.

Question for people? Once you reach the $150 sales/5 sales/60 day selling history is the hold just removed automatically or what do you have to do?

Hold is not automatically removed at 60 days as far as I know.

Breakthecycle2 may expand on that.

On a few of my quite fresh accounts it has a count for 10 sales and 60 days from the first sale.
It says we will keep your funds for 21 days, after you reach 10 sales and 60 days it will be 7-14 days holds.
A bit surprised as it was always 21 days for fresh accounts and after you got no holds.
Never had 7-14 days holds or warnings from PP from my experience.
Need to double check was it US or UK accounts as got both.

In the U.S......the holds go away 90 days after first sale , IF you have completed BOTH of the following....have sold more than $250 & have sold more than 25 items......

Im pretty sure it was 10 items and 60 days when i looked at it 4 days ago.
But will check it was it uk or us.
