adding 2nd bank acct automatically trigger acct review?
 

stealth acct verified with bank/cc
seems i have read here that adding a second bank account to any account will trigger a request from paypal for id/proof of address/etc, in other words, account limitation

anyone have recent experience with this?

This has been my experience as well or even when I remove a bank account and add a new one all together.

Not sure what either of you are doin with your accounts.

Not had that issue ever for any USA accounts.


Only last week I added bank accounts to different paypals.

All OK still.


I never delete.

I also, have added banks to a paypal account and never had an issue...I've even deleted a couple months later and never had an issue.

Same for my USA & UK accounts.

I wait a minimum of 3 billing cycles. Then 'garden' on the info. ;)

Prune out what is not needed.

That said however, I never use paypal for fees.

Interesting approach 3 billing cycles...I usually just leave all info there but make sure to check every step before I proceed.

Agree on avoiding pp for use of fee payment :thumb:

Do you mean ebay fees? how can I avoid using it for fees payment?

You don't use the PP to pay eB fees - you use a gift credit card or VCC IN ADVANCE of payment due date.

You can use vanilla visa for example or Entropay.

No issue except I can't add one to an account I have without phone verification. Have no clue why and never happened b4.

We can add to Stealth Paypal, savings account from approved bank, right? I know on Amazon it should be bank account and not savings, but for Paypal, either will work, is this correct, For example PNC gives 3 numbers, I can use primary on Amazon but for Paypal can use one of the other 2.
Is this right, also can I use primary on 1 Amazon and 1 Paypal.

Also how do you pay ebay fees without paypal? I am not sure how to do that?

Yes Paypal cannot see weather its checking or savings. I have a "savings" as "checking" on one of my stealths with 0 problems. Even if you specify its a savings it doesn't matter either way :)
