PP Linking: will stealth acc be linked by same combinations of VCC/VBA used?

im just wandering if using the same kind of VCC and VBA (ie VCC/VBAs from same seller on this form, or Vanilla GCs+same kind of VBAs) on making stealth PP accounts will result in linking for users who have set up many stealths using the same method.

The VBA bank accounts i find only differ by a few digits.. wouldnt it be easy for PP to look at that info and link ?
