Multiple Paypal Accounts

I have the eBay stealth book. It comes short in its options with paypal. I can't rely on other people handling me their social security information. Buying EINs seems a bit expensive. For those of you who have multiple paypal accounts, how do you handle the SSN issue? Do you put the same SSN on all of them? Do you buy EINs or....?

Ps: I live in the states.

You don't have to provide SSN or EIN to start, only needed for taxes if you approach the 200/20K limit. Until then you can create PayPal accounts without providing any of these

I run multiple ebay and paypal accounts 1 for 1 with no SSN or EINs needed and no issues. Some of which have no paypal $ holds.

How do you get accounts with no holds? I used to be able to, now not so much.

You need 90 days of great selling history with $250 in sales and 25 positive feedbacks, and if in that time you have pretty much a perfect history meaning not a loaf of chargebacks, returns, defects, etc,, they release holds

But they can add them again , especially if your selling pattern changes, if you sell all $5 items in one category for 90 days and after the holds are lifted just switch categories all together and say start selling $300 items they sometimes place holds again

Slight correction.....with all respect..you don't need 25 feedbacks.......you just need 25 sales......I have 3 stealth accounts that have less then 20 feedbacks, and all are "no-hold" accounts, because they have all sold 25+ items.

Like trosky said, you create multiple accounts so PP does not ask you for the SSN. You rotate sales across accounts. Spread them out.

They had holds at the beginning. These are now well established accounts over 3 months old and over 25 transactions.

Anything 3 months old has nothing to do with this convo

Spreading sales and keeping amounts coming in steady and low, not high rate...it is possible to operate without ever being asked for SSN.

And how you withdraw that money from all of those PP accounts?

you plan carefully and correctly when you make multiple accounts.

Bank accounts work best.

And please dont come back and say I do not have a bank account IF you decided to sell on ebay com witout taking that into consideration.

Oh yes, never a truer sentence spoken Greenie ! How many people have come onto the forum saying they have made ebay accounts and simply never had any idea about how they were going to get funds out of those accounts ! if they managed to get far enough with said accounts to achieve sales on them and so have money in them, they just can't get at it!

So what your saying is stealth is for local people to the countries they sell on? If you lived in barbados or china how would you open a us bank account?

Ok, that's right what you say. But what if you want a SSN or EIN, how to get it?
